Hello from Alberta.  I like this site, very well done.  Any ways a bit about me ~ I am a self diagnosed celiac, found out on-line about it.  My symptoms matched so I tried the diet. :happydance:  The results were very quick, 3 days, what a difference.  Been working on staying gluten free since (not always easy ).  

Now I own a GF tea room & gift shop and that keeps me very busy but I'm loving it.

I have a great family who is very supportive of me, who can ask for more.  :thumbup:

I'm glad to be here.

It's in Stony Plain, 5004 50th St.  
The name is Spouting Off I have a web site but wasn't sure I should post it, I don't want to just come here and promote my business.  :D
