Spouting Off is located in Stony Plain, Alberta, Canada, just 20 mins West of Edmonton.  The Tea Room is Gluten Free and we bake our products and make our soups.

We opened August 14th 2008 so its still fairly new.    I do love the reactions we get when celiacs or the gluten intolerant find us for the first time.   

Yes, that looks great. Celiacs do appreciate any and all businesses with an honest effort to make their lifes a bit more enjoyable.

Tea rooms certainly may be on an upswing again, for a while they got pushed aside by all those third generation coffee shops...
