Victoria's place has passed the health inspection and she is now starting to bake for a Saturday soft opening. Sunday as always at the Bearspaw market.

Once again, congratulations!  I will stop by on Saturday... Marc and I are having our Jeep serviced in the morning, so we'll have plenty of time to walk over and say hello!

Just wanted to say that I managed to obtain some of their baking for my wife.  Before I gave the items to her, I told her I wanted a review/comments to pass on to Victoria and Peter.  Unfortunately, the only comments I could get out while she was trying their lemon cake was "OMG!" and "MMMMMM!"...  She tried the butter tart later, with very similar results.

VERY highly recommended!  The only drawback is they're in Calgary/Cochrane, and we're in Edmonton!  But that might be for the best anyway...

those were my sentiments exactly when I tried the lemon loaf a month or so ago!  seriously amazing products, it really is well worth the drive... although I'm very lucky to live in Cochrane!!  

this past week they offered cream puffs, and chocolate cupcakes with vanilla buttercream icing... I kid you not, they are both to die for!  You will not be disappointed in making the trip there!!!
