Bean bread sounds really interesting. 

My four year old has been on GFCF diet since January. We have been searched through out GTA to find a bread which he would eat. We tried every brand in the store, and tried to make it ourself for few times. He would just take couple bits, and cover his month. Last week, I bought a bean bread made by Yoshi's bakery (I think this is the right name). He starts eat bread again.

And if you are cheap/broke like me, No Name brand soy sauce is gluten free.

If you are just buying plain rice (Not the mixes such as Fast and Fancy), it is gluten free.  Even glutenous rice is gluten free.

I was diagnosed with celiacs about a year ago after suffering for almost 7 years.
I've googles many things before and have read a lot from this site, so I thought I would finally join.

I got my celiac blood test which was the standard anti-tissue transglutaminase and total serum iga anti endomysial and it came back negative.

Here is my problem, I stopped eating gluten for approx. 2 months before the test and had been eating gluten for a week and a half when I got the test. I'm not sure if this affected my results.

For one thing my grandmother has celiac disease and many other intestinal problems.
When I eat gluten I get extreme pregnant like bloating, gas, cramps and constipation, I am more tired and irritable and sometimes depressive.

So my question is, do I start eating gluten again for a month, (which I now read is recommend by the canadian celiac association when taking the test), and take another blood test or do I go get tested for a gluten intolerance/allergy?

It really concerns me that my grandmother is celiac, my mother also exibits similar bloating and constipation to me but not as extreme. So should I be tested on the genetic level, I am afraid the specialist will not be willing to do a biopsy if my test is negative and I'll never figure this out.

Please some HELP, suggestions, would be really appreciated.

The only stores I know have gluten free sections but not whole stores chalked full of gluten free goodness.

Loblaws, Iga, and metro all have small sections, there is also rachelle-béry a natural food store, and ofcourse online sites like glutenfree.com, glutino, el peto etc... but as for the store all have limited products at inflated prices.

any help on montreal and area stores would be great, I'm actually up north from montreal but would be willing to drive down for a gluten free hidden treasure so to speak.
