Going to a dietician doesn’t meant that you are looking help to know what is there to help replace the nutrients that gluten gives as you are not able to consume them. In fact, there are lots of reasons that you should go visit a dietician. A visit to the dietician could help you analyze quite a lot of problems that you are facing with food. In fact, they can list out everything that you can’t eat and everything else that you can eat to act as an alternative to a gluten free meal.

I guess you are really the champion out there. I guess there would be no one that could top your list. I am really amazed that you are doing such a great job in going through all this. There are only a few things that I can’t eat and most of them I still can eat them in tiny portion but I still complain a lot of about it. I wanted to eat things that I have never tasted before but still I am not willing to risk myself getting worse.

This is actually very good news for all of us. I guess things will balance out itself sometimes, I am truly amazed by this fact and I am overjoyed over it as well. It seems like we can’t eat gluten related food but we are less prone to have cancer. In fact, if we minimize the gluten intake to zero, we wouldn’t have any chance or we have reduced our chances of getting such disease to a minimal point.

For the question that you are asking, human body sometimes is really a miracle and unexplainable sometimes using scientific theories. But this is not one of the situations where it should be put in the myth box. There are possibilities that identical twins, both of them have the celiac disease. And there is a possible scenario that one of them might have celiac disease and there is another one where both of them is healthy and strong. It really does varies a lot and we can’t tell for sure.

Life is really something that is wonderful enough to be happening on us. It is always changing and that part itself is beautiful. I am glad that she is having a baby now as from what she wrote I can feel that she really enjoy the moment of being pregnant and going to be a mother soon. It is inspiring as well that she is living her life to the fullest and enjoying every moments with her family.

I agree BellaVega. In fact, I think it's a struggle to find healthy food choices in general. I find myself spending a lot of time reading labels, while I think a lot of shoppers in stores just look at something and think it sounds good and toss it in the cart.
