I just posted this on my blog and it sounds really good.  The event is partly to help raise money for the NFCA (National Foundation for Celiac Awareness). One of the requirements is to have your guests donate $15 to NFCA. Once you sign up, Pamela's will send you a "cupcake party baking kit". I have enjoyed all of the products of hers that I have tried so far: cookies, chocolate frosting, and chocolate cake mix, so I know everyone would enjoy the cupcakes.

Speaking of frosting, do you know if icing sugar is gluten free?

I am not sure if you can get Pamela's in Canada.  If you contact them through their website I am sure they will let you know.  As far as the GF status of icing sugar, that may depend on the production and any cross contamination.  Contacting the company directly and asking is always the best way to go.

If you cannot find pamela's products in Canada, Victoria will be offering cupcakes in Cochrane soon. Click on the images in the link below for an impression of whats coming.

I've gotten Pamela's products at a few specialty foods stores here in Winnipeg, Manitoba - Myer's Drugs, Lorenzo's, and Eat-It. I love their cupcakes. They are delicious - and so easy to make! I've only ever had the chocolate ones, though.
