Four days left before I am headed to Europe. Cannot wait.
First of course some work in Germany, but then well deserved R&R in Austria.

Hopefully I find some things to tell you all about. There is one bakery in Germany that has me curios. The guy is an actual baker who focuses 100% on GF bread. The company is called  Mein Gesundes Brot, or my healthy bread.

wow... I can't read a word of german, but the bread looks so good!  Oh, and the chocolate looks amazing too!  Have a fantastic trip!

Austria was one of my favorite stops in Europe.  Especially Salzburg and those Mozart balls! :p

I slightly read German, their bread is eye-catching actually, it looks good. In this coming holiday, we spend our vacation in Germany. This bakery I can't miss if I was there. Fortune Cookies.
